Abstract: This article describes the results of this study about students' learning culture in schools excelent in SMA Negeri 1 Pamekasan. There are 3 (three) important things to study the subject in this study, namely: (1) how to plan learning activities that can foster a learning culture towards excellence in SMA Negeri 1 Pamekasan? (2) how the strategy used to learn each individual's success as the implementation of a learning culture in SMA Negeri 1 Pamekasan? (3) how to bring the norms of excellence to foster a learning culture in SMA Negeri 1 Pamekasan?

A. Focus Issue Devotion
The results Supraptiningsih U, (2009:65) in the village of Larangan Tokol Tlanakan District showed that the village was inhabited by the people who work daily is as beggars, the beggars are women every day is generally leave in the morning after morning prayers toward chartering rural transportation to the city which is about 7 (seven) miles from his residence. Begging activity to the city made for 10 (ten) hours in a day with an average gain of Rp. 15.000, - to Rp. 20,000, -/day.

In order Madura building, "Kobung" occupies an important position. This building became the center taneyan. Almost all buildings have kobung families in Madura. This is unique in Madura. Located next to the average Western besides indicating the direction of Qibla, also easy to oversee the security of the family environment.

Ecological systems in Madura moor, seems to affect the pattern of rural settlement. Madurese people who work in agriculture in general as farmers fields, therefore in Madura ecosystem is characterized by dispersed settlement pattern and clustered on a small scale, also referred to the village meji.  

Finance and funding is one of the resources that directly support the effectiveness and efficiency of education management. It is more felt again in the implementation of MBS (School-Based Management), which demands the ability of schools to plan, implement and evaluate and be accountable for the management of funds in a transparent manner to the public and government.

A. INTRODUCTION
Information technology (information technology) and communication began to develop rapidly in the early years of the 1980s. The rapid development of technology is supported by the rapid development of the processor (chip) that serves as the brain of a personal computer (Personal Computer).

As we all know, that the problems and challenges in entering the globalization of national education should be faced with the approach and methods in accordance with the conditions of society and the changing demands in the future.
