Family as a least social unit in social system that is in society has the role important in making social changes especially in household, because family has the function of education. It means doing activities of education and learning in household and the function of economy for survive in family life, the two functions above are manifested by head of family through the daily activities.
As done those migrant people, palenan businessman from East Kaduara Pragaan Sumenep that informally has happen learning process to educate pupil to have entrepreneurship and mastering Palenan entrepreneur skill in migrant place.
This research clarify in Qualitative Research, with Grounded approach for expressing and finding theory that is focused to family education based Palenan entrepreneur and entrepreneur learning process at Migrant people, east Kaduara Pragaan Sumenep. The focus of this research is done at East Kaduara as the first setting and continued in several cities that is goal places and the main informants is family that done activities palenan entrepreneur migrant.
The result from this research that we get is. a) the long history of palenan entrepreneur migrant has begun since 1929, this was nor difference from Koentowijoyo research found that in 30s years is a characteristic or called “ disa bini” and head of family does a trade at Migrant place becomes people culture of East Kaduara. b) the process of Business learning was aimed to make pupil entrepreneur through informal learning process, this activities was done in intimate situation, like the  daily activities to fulfil family‘s need that is changed by mother to encourage pupil to comprehend the meaning of symbol that are in our environment, like from traditions pattern life “mon tậ atani tậ atanậ changes to mon tậ adaghang tậ adeghing c) The learning of Palenan entrepreneur in migrant place is directed to realize palenan entrepreneur skill. 1) realize in loving to activity of palenan Business, 2) Understanding work ethics in work team and togetherness 3) know the area and realize buyer characteristic palenan things, 4) Skill in doing business, 5) Applying administration practice in doing business. And d) the people of palenan entreprenur migrant can increase prosperous life in getting income from palenan business that is done in migrant area.
